Massage Morning for Baby and Parent is a super chance to swtich off and relax, start by learning a Baby Massage routine with a little Baby Yoga for a happy, calm and quite possibly very sleepy baby. This session is a collaboration with Louise a skincare specialist who will, in the second hour, either deliver hands on facials or pass round the products and take you through a self care facial with her organic and natural products. There will be social time and snacks provided.

Leave with a goody bag from Zen Babies and Louise filled with treats for you and your baby. You'll feel refreshed and refocused mentally, your skin will feel clear and rejuvinated, two hours to switch off from daily life, enjoy your baby and meet other parents.

Parking tip

Parking is street parking. The address for the venue is South Parade but the entrance is round the right hand side of the building up School Street, there's a black and blue Total Studios banner on the wall, come through to blueish door next to the banner, follow the corridor all the way down, left then immediately right and follow that corridor all the way to the bottom and come in through the last door which will take you into reception which has seating and space for prams. I usually hang around to guide you in!
