Acceptance of Terms

By using the Sproggo website at sproggo.co.uk ("the Site"), you agree to these terms of use. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use the Site.

"We", "us", and "our" refer to Sproggo. "You" refers to anyone who accesses or uses the Site.

What Sproggo Is

Sproggo is a children's activities directory that helps parents find baby groups, toddler classes, and kids' activities near them. The Site is currently in its pre-launch phase.

During this pre-launch period, the Site allows you to sign up to be notified when Sproggo launches in your area. You can provide your email address, select your city, and tell us whether you are a parent or an activity provider.

The full Sproggo service is not yet available. Features, availability, and functionality may change before and after launch.

Use of the Site

You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes. You must not:

• Use the Site in any way that breaks any applicable local, national, or international law or regulation
• Submit false, misleading, or someone else's personal information through the signup form
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Site, its servers, or any connected database
• Use automated tools (bots, scrapers, or similar) to access or collect data from the Site without our written permission
• Interfere with or disrupt the Site or the servers and networks that host it

We reserve the right to block access to the Site for anyone who breaches these terms.

Intellectual Property

All content on the Site — including text, graphics, logos, icons, images, and software — is owned by Sproggo or our licensors and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

You may view and use the Site for your own personal, non-commercial purposes. You must not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any part of the Site without our written permission.

The Sproggo name and logo are our trademarks. You may not use them without our prior written consent.

Limitation of Liability

The Site is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not guarantee that the Site will always be available, uninterrupted, or error-free.

To the extent permitted by law, Sproggo is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential loss or damage arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Site. This includes but is not limited to loss of data, loss of profit, or loss of opportunity.

Nothing in these terms limits or excludes our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under English law.

The Site may contain links to third-party websites. We have no control over the content or availability of those sites and do not accept responsibility for them. A link does not mean we endorse that website.

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of the Site will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

If any part of these terms is found to be unenforceable by a court, the remaining parts will continue to apply. Our failure to enforce any part of these terms does not mean we waive our right to do so in the future.
