Yes. Start with a free Sproggo directory listing and keep taking bookings your usual way. If you want to try Sproggo bookings, begin with a new class or term before moving more of your schedule across. Existing bookings can be added manually; there is no bulk booking import.
Sproggo is built for children's classes, clubs, holiday camps, family events and places to visit. You can run weekly terms, drop-ins and one-off sessions, with dates, prices and capacity to suit each listing. Manage a single class or several venues from the same account.
Connect your Stripe account to accept online payments. Booking payments go through that account, with Sproggo commission deducted. Stripe pays out to your bank according to your account's payout schedule. You can also record bookings paid for offline.
Yes. Premium includes booking widgets for websites that support embedded content. You also get a branded booking page to share with parents, so you can take bookings without building your own website.
No. Parents can use guest checkout and enter their contact and attendee details when they book. They receive a booking confirmation and can add session dates to their calendar.
Yes. Invite colleagues with their own logins and choose what they can access. A coach can use registers and attendee information without having access to your finances.
Yes. Email the families booked onto a listing or session, either straight away or at a scheduled time. It is a straightforward way to share venue changes, reminders and what to bring.
Cancel renewal from your billing page. Premium continues until the end of the period you have paid for. You can then keep a free directory listing or take bookings on Basic at the Basic commission rates.
Create a provider account and add your business and first listing. For online bookings, choose Basic or Premium and connect Stripe. New provider listings are reviewed before publication. If your activity is already on Sproggo, you can request to claim it instead.
