Stronger Together Parent and Baby Workshop is a collaboration with Zen Babies and Alice Butler Coaching.

Enjoy a Baby Yoga session with Zen Babies, gentle stretches and movement, songs and a stretch and grow routine to support your baby's growth and development, a little sensory play, lots of fun and so many benefits for your baby.

Step it up a level with Alice! Alice will take you through a strength training routine with small weights and resistance bands, this is easy to convert to home use to help you regain your strength and stability in your post partum journey.

Finish with a light snack selection including a cold drink or the option to purchase hot drinks as well.

Parking tip

Parking is street parking. The address is South Parade but the entrance is round the right hand side of the building on School Street, come through the blueish door and follow the corridor all the way down turn left then immediately right and into the door at the bottom of the corridor into the reception area where there's plenty of room for prams and to sit.
