Baby Massage with Zen Babies is a 5 week course. You'll have photo opportunities and attending the course is a great way to meet other parents and for your baby to meet other babies! We will start with a chest, tummy and leg massage, in week two we repeat these strokes and add on the feet, arms and hands. This continues through the course so you get to repeat and remember the strokes. This hour in your week will become your zone for calm and connection with your little one, sharing experiences with other parents and of course the amazing benefits of baby massage.

Benefits: aids digestion, soothes colic and reflux symtoms, increases your bond, improves sleep, can help skin conditions, teaches your baby love and respect through their first language of touch.

Cancellation policy

Zen Babies cancellation policy: If Zen Babies needs to cancel a class due to low numbers or unforseen circumstances an alternative or refund will be offered and it is your choice which to choose. If you have booked and somthing comes up, as it does in life, and it is before the course starts you can change classes or have a refund. Once the course has started there are no refunds. The course is running with the number of people booked and has incurred charges at this point. As a courtesy wherever I can I will offer to move classes, offer an alternative or keep a space on the next course for you but any sessions not attended is non refundable. If you miss a session or two in a course and there are other classes to attend I am always welcoming and you can attend another session to make up your missed session only when this is available and if there's space.

Parking tip

There's a free car park, please check signs, we are upstairs but there is a lift, once upstairs pass the cafe and carry straight on all the way to the bottom, passing the gym and dance school, turn left and you'll see the doors on your right. There's space for prams.
