The Baby Massage for Sleep Workshop with guest Sleep Consultant Gina from The Lullaby Nurse. This session is a switch off from daily life to help you enjoy your baby, feel refreshed and learn and super routine to use in your day as part of your routine with your baby. With gentle lighting and a soothing massage your baby will enjoy a deeper sleep and you'll also notice an improvement in baby's digestion from the first massage. Gina will share her tips and tricks as well as asnwer any of your questions about your baby's sleep.

Parking tip

Parking is on the street. The venue address is South Parade but the entrance you need is round the right hand side on School Street, you'll see a black and blue Total Studios banner on the wall, we are in the blueish door next to the banner, follow the corrior all the way down, turn left then immediatley right, we are in the door at the very bottom, this brings you into reception where there's seating and space for prams. The outside door will be unlocked theres no need to buzz in.
