Massage Morning for Baby and Parent is a collaboration with Zen Babies and Louise, a skin care specialist. We have worked together before as two mums who believe in building your village and looking after yourself aswell as your baby. I will take you through and fun but relaxing Baby Massage with a little Baby Yoga routine for your baby's full body balance, better sleep, digestion support and overal growth and development. Louise will then have her beautiful organic and natural products to deliver either a hands on facial or take you through the steps to use the products yourself for a self care facial. Leave with a chilled out baby, refreshed and rejuvenated skin, reset and calm mind. Enjoy some social time with the other parents with some light refreshments all included and your goody bags from Zen Babies and Louise, filled with treats for you and your baby.

The baby massage routines are suitable from birth but the use of oil from after 4-6 weeks of age. Baby Yoga is sutible after 8 weeks. This session is gentle and can be tailored to each person.

Cancellation policy

Zen Babies cancellation policy: If Zen Babies needs to cancel a class due to low numbers or unforseen circumstances an alternative or refund will be offered and it is your choice which to choose. If you have booked and somthing comes up, as it does in life, and it is before the course starts you can change classes or have a refund. Once the course has started there are no refunds. The course is running with the number of people booked and has incurred charges at this point. As a courtesy wherever I can I will offer to move classes, offer an alternative or keep a space on the next course for you but any sessions not attended is non refundable. If you miss a session or two in a course and there are other classes to attend I am always welcoming and you can attend another session to make up your missed session only when this is available and if there's space.

Parking tip

Parking is on the street, the entrance is round the right hand side of the building up School Street, theres a black and blue Total Studios banner, come through the blueish door and follow the corridor straight ahead. Turn left then immediately right and enter the studio through the door at the end into the reception area where there is plenty of space for you pram. I usually hang around and guide people in!
