What to bring
- Socks (required for most soft play areas for hygiene)
- A small amount of cash or card for the café, arcade games and any extras
- A change of clothes for younger children, particularly bottoms
- A bag for storing shoes and belongings while playing
- Any medication or comfort items for your child
Top tips
- Weekday mornings and early afternoons tend to be quieter than weekends, so visit then if you want a more relaxed session
- If you're planning a birthday party, book well in advance and let the staff know your plans when you arrive for a regular visit to see what they offer
- The play area is big enough for adults to go in with younger children, so don't worry if your toddler needs support on equipment
- Check café prices before your visit and bring a budget for food and drinks, or consider bringing your own snacks if allowed
- Staff are usually happy to help if your child is nervous about an activity, so don't hesitate to ask
