Shooting Star Theatre School is Wythenshawe's only purpose-built theatre school, offering performing arts lessons for children aged 3-16 years. Led by Principal Miss Lauren Smeaton, the school provides a welcoming environment where children develop confidence, creativity and performance skills through theatre-based activities.
Classes focus on acting techniques, character work, voice projection and stagecraft, with students working on scenes, monologues and group performances in a supportive setting. Whether your child is a complete beginner or has previous experience, the school creates a space to build friendships whilst learning drama fundamentals.
