What is Mama And Me?
Babywearing dance classes with an element of mindfulness for parents/caregivers and their little ones aged 8 weeks plus-
We also host regular Mama Socials outside of classes and community events
In our 45 minute class, you will get to enjoy having a dance, embracing those babywearing cuddles and very importantly experience the joy! It is a great opportunity to meet other like minded parents find friends and be part of your local community. If you do not have a carrier we have them available to loan for class at no extra cost All of our instructors are babywearing consultants or peer support trained.

Babies over 8 weeks old (corrected if premature) and a minimum of 7lbs in weight. Parent and baby must have had their postnatal check-up prior to booking
Cancellation policy
Classes can not be refunded but can be transferred (attendee responsibility) and be transfers must be made at least 48 hours before class start time

Mama and Me is a babywearing dance class, with feel good tunes and a whole lot of fun! Dance along to chart hits and throwback classics while bonding with your baby, connect with other parents and learning about safe babywearing. No sling? No problem! We have carriers you can borrow at no extra cost. Our trained babywearing consultants and instructors are on hand to help you find a comfortable fit. Come as you are, bring your baby and enjoy some time for you!
