Forest School Sessions
Little Bats Learning CIC
Ages
Newborn to 11 years
Little Bats Learning CIC offers Forest School sessions at The Roost at Bright Meadows, a nature-based learning programme designed to build confidence, resilience and independence in children. Rather than traditional classroom settings, children spend regular sessions exploring the outdoor woodland environment at their own pace, engaging in free play, investigation and risk assessment.
The programme is tailored to suit children of all abilities, with activities ranging from wildlife identification and den-building to shelter construction and campfire experiences. Staff are passionate about Forest School ethos and focus on nurturing curiosity about the natural world whilst developing practical outdoor skills and essential life capabilities. Sessions create opportunities for children to build new friendships, connect with their community and develop independent thinking in a safe, welcoming environment.
