Flexi Totz Pre School Gymnastics offers structured gymnastics classes for children aged 2 to 5 years, delivered in a fun and friendly environment. The 45-minute sessions focus on fundamental movement skills including jumping, swinging, rolling, climbing and balancing, using age-appropriate soft play equipment, mats and low beams. Classes are designed to support vital motor development and physical literacy whilst building confidence in a safe setting. Each week brings different activities to keep sessions engaging and varied.

Children progress through the Flexi Totz Star Awards and colour-based achievement system (Green, Yellow and Blue), working towards medals and certificates as they develop competence in key agilities. The instructor-led approach combines skill-building with play, creating an environment where young gymnasts can explore movement at their own pace.
