Rothwell Gymnastics

Rothwell Gymnastics offers recreational gymnastics classes for children from 3.5 years through to 16 years old. The club is run by a team of DBS checked instructors who are members of British Gymnastics and trained in safeguarding. Classes are structured to help children develop strength, flexibility, coordination and confidence while learning to work safely and challenge themselves in a supportive environment. Sessions include warm-up activities, instruction on apparatus such as mats, beams and bars, and cool-down stretching. Children progress through different levels as they gain experience and skill. The club also offers specialist programmes including boys' classes, pre-squad and WAG (women's artistic gymnastics) squad training, as well as provision for home educated children and school groups.
