You'll have plenty of time to chat with other parents over coffee and cake, creating a supportive community where you can share experiences and make new friendships. Whether you're seeking some peaceful time, wanting to learn baby massage techniques, or simply looking for a welcoming space to be around other parents, this is a low-pressure, judgement-free environment where everyone's welcome.

What to bring

A muslin or soft blanket for the baby massage session
Any nappies, wipes, or changing supplies you might need during the two hours
A change of clothes for your baby (in case of spills during pottery painting)
A bottle or dummy if your baby uses one, to help them feel settled
Your own cup if you prefer to use it, though refreshments are provided

Top tips

Arrive a few minutes early to settle your baby and grab a cup of tea before the session starts, so you can start the activities feeling relaxed
The baby massage part is gentle and hands-on, so wear comfortable clothing you don't mind getting pottery paint on
If your baby is having an unsettled morning, don't worry about participating in every activity. Parents often find just sitting with coffee and other adults is the most valuable part
Ask the facilitators to show you techniques during the baby massage that you can easily repeat at home, so you get lasting value from the session
