About this event

Amazing Anatomy is a half term event at the Thackray Museum of Medicine in Leeds, running from 23 to 31 May 2026. It invites children to get curious about the human body, looking at how all its parts work together to keep us fit and healthy.

During the event, children can get stuck into activities that look at how the body fits together and whether everyone's body works in the same way. It sits naturally within the Thackray's wider focus on health and medicine, so there is plenty more to take in around the museum on the same visit.

The Thackray Museum of Medicine is on Beckett Street in Leeds, and is a well-established family destination with a strong track record of half term programming. It is worth checking the museum's website for specific session times, admission details, and any booking requirements before you head over.
