Little Yogis

Little Yogis is a parent and child class for 2-5 year olds to enjoy a little music, dance and imagnination incorporated into yoga class, lots of poses and stretches for help to self regulate, calm, improve digestion, sleep and so much more while having lots of fun!

This August 3 fun sessions, Moana, Story Time and Summer Party. These will run at slightly different times on Monday 3rd, 10th and 24th August.

Join us for 30 minutes of fun and engaging movement, join in with your child for fun, to support their confidence and increase your bond.

Learn fun yoga poses to support digestion and sleep, introducing calm time and learn breathing and relaxation techniques.
