About this event

The Colour Run is a fun, family-friendly event in support of Forget Me Not Children's Hospice, taking place at Greenhead Park in Huddersfield. Whether your children prefer to run, walk, jog or dance, there's a pace that suits everyone. The colourful course makes for great photos and plenty of memories, all while supporting a really worthwhile cause.

This is the kind of event where the emphasis is on enjoyment rather than speed or competition. It's a lovely way to get active together as a family and introduce children to fundraising for charity in a fun, engaging way. What to bring

Old clothes your kids don't mind getting coloured powder on (or wear white and embrace the colours)
Waterproof jackets and trousers in case of rain
A change of clothes and a towel for afterwards
Wipes or wet wipes to clean off colour powder before the car journey home
Plenty of water and a light snack
Sun cream and hats for sunny weather
