Tumbles Play Place

Tumbles Play Place is a children's indoor soft play centre in Mossley, just off Manchester Road. It's well laid out with enough to keep both little ones and older children busy, and the place is kept genuinely clean. Advanced booking is recommended as sessions do fill up, and walk-in visitors may not get in when it's fully booked.

Sessions run Wednesday to Sunday from 9:30am, with the centre closed on Mondays and Tuesdays. Hours vary through the week, running until 1:00pm on Wednesdays, 2:00pm on Thursdays and Fridays, and 3:00pm at weekends. There are also dedicated SEN sessions on selected Saturdays, which is a lovely touch.

Birthday parties are a real strong suit here. The team go above and beyond to make the day special, with exclusive hire available for larger groups, party food, entertainment, and dedicated staff on hand throughout. One recent party for 37 children at £13.50 per head included exclusive use of the play centre, food and drink, entertainment, and party bags. The staff have been known to get fully into character for the kids, which always goes down well.

The venue has wheelchair-accessible entrance, toilets, and seating, so it's inclusive for families with varying needs. Hot drinks are available for grown-ups, and the food on offer has had a good reception from parents and children alike.
