About this activity
Spirit Martial Arts has been running since 2012, offering classes in Taekwon-Do, Karate, and Kickboxing for children, adults, and families.
The school is run by Simon and Kirsty East and their team, who pride themselves on keeping things friendly and supportive rather than overly competitive.
For younger children, there are age-appropriate classes starting from four years old. The Tiny Tigers and Junior Dragons sessions are aimed at four to six year olds, while older children aged seven to twelve can join Junior Karate or Junior Kickboxing.
Classes run for either 45 minutes or an hour depending on the group. The school follows structured grading systems across its disciplines, so children can work towards belts and track their progress over time.
