Held weekly at Brewed Coffee Co. in East Ardsley, this relaxed group offers the chance to chat with people who truly understand what you're going through, whether you're dealing with sleepless nights, feeding questions, or simply needing adult conversation.
The group is free to attend. You're welcome to come with or without your little one, so whether you need a quiet moment for yourself or want to bring the baby along, there's space for you. Just grab a drink or something from the coffee shop to help support the use of the space. It's a judgment-free environment where you can share the ups and downs of early parenthood and know you're not alone on this journey.
What to bring
- A nappy bag with essentials if you're bringing your little one (nappies, wipes, change of clothes)
- A bottle or cup for your baby, or a sippy cup if they're drinking independently
- A muslin or small blanket (useful for feeding, burping or settling a fussy baby)
- Your own cup or a reusable one if you prefer (though the café will provide)
- A small toy or activity book if your baby enjoys having something to occupy them

- Arrive a few minutes early on your first visit so you can settle in and chat with the organisers about the group before it gets busier
- There's no need to have everything figured out before you come, bringing questions and concerns is exactly what the group is for
- If your baby is unsettled on the day, you're still welcome to attend. Other parents will understand if there's a bit of background noise
- Let the organisers know you're coming by dropping them a message or comment beforehand so they have an idea of numbers
- Consider parking near the café beforehand if you're driving, as it helps you get inside smoothly with the buggy or car seat
