Family Clubbercise is a glowstick-filled dance session where kids aged 5 and up get to party alongside their parents to easy-to-follow routines that work for all fitness levels. It runs for a full hour and is organised by Clubbercise Wakefield and Pontefract with Amy, held at A STAR Dance and Fitness in Ossett.
The format is simple: everyone gets their glow on and follows along to the choreography together. Because the routines are kept accessible, you do not need any dance experience or particular fitness level to join in and have a good time.
There are 2 sessions available:

13:00 - 14:00
Places need to be booked in advance, so get in touch by messaging the page directly or via WhatsApp on 07473094631 to secure your spot. Glowsticks are on the kit list, so make sure you bring some along on the day.
