About this place
The Tetley is the former headquarters of Joshua Tetley and Son, once the largest producer of cask beer in the world. The building has been beautifully restored and now operates as a pub and dining space run by Kirkstall Brewery, sitting within the art deco complex that also houses a contemporary art gallery. It is a genuinely impressive space with plenty of brewing history and memorabilia on display.
The all-day food menu focuses on homemade British pub classics, with a Sunday menu of traditional roasts.
At the bar you will find locally brewed beers from Kirkstall, Northern Monk, and Leeds Brewery, alongside imports and the classic Tetley's Bitter. Cocktails, wines, and soft drinks are also available, so there is something for everyone in the group.
