Zen Babies offers calm, gentle and baby-led classes designed to support your baby’s growth, development and bonding. Sessions include baby massage, baby yoga, reflexology, tummy time and toddler yoga, all delivered in a relaxed and friendly environment. These nurturing classes give parents the opportunity to slow down, connect with their baby and meet other local families.

What to bring

A mat or blanket for your baby to sit or lie on
A change of clothes or spare outfit for your child
Any nappies and wipes you may need during the session
A comfort item such as a favourite toy or blanket
A drink or bottle for your baby
