The programme is structured around a comprehensive yearly syllabus that adapts to the season, focusing on technical fundamentals in smaller spaces during winter months before progressing to larger field practice in summer.
Sessions are designed for all ability levels, from complete beginners through to those aspiring towards grassroots and professional pathways. The academy has successfully supported over 200 players into professional football. With a maximum of 10 children per coach, sessions prioritise individual attention and progression at each child's own pace, whilst fostering teamwork, confidence and a lasting enjoyment of the game.
