Spirit Martial Arts Pudsey offers Taekwon-Do training for children aged 5 to 16, located at Crawshaw Academy near Pudsey town centre. The school provides structured classes in ITF Taekwon-Do, with Tiny Tigers sessions for younger children aged 4-6 focusing on fundamental martial arts and life skills, and classes for ages 7 and above covering beginner through to advanced levels.

All instructors are DBS checked, MAI-UK qualified and First Aid trained, ensuring children learn in a safe and supportive environment. The school emphasises discipline, respect and personal development alongside physical fitness and self-defence techniques. Children progress through the belt grading system at their own pace, with regular opportunities to test their skills and advance.
