About this activity
Panache Gymnastics provides structured classes for children aged 1 to 16, designed to build fundamental movement skills, strength, coordination and confidence in a safe environment. Qualified instructors guide children through progressively challenging activities including floor work, apparatus work and tumbling, tailoring instruction to each child's ability level and pace of development. Classes follow a consistent structure with warm-up exercises, skill instruction and practice, and cool-down stretching, ensuring children develop proper technique whilst having the opportunity to progress from beginner to more advanced gymnastics.
