Each session combines postnatal exercise for parents with baby-focused activities including gentle baby yoga, massage, sensory play and music. The unique approach integrates your baby into your workout, so you exercise together rather than your baby being looked after separately. Sessions take place in a supportive, nurturing environment led by certified professionals with expertise in postnatal fitness and baby development.
Parents benefit from strengthening and core recovery work whilst building connection and bonding time with their baby through eye contact, touch, song and interactive play.
