Baby Sensory is a research-based multi-sensory play programme for babies aged 0 to 13 months, designed to support early development through carefully chosen activities combining music, movement, light and touch. Each 45-minute session creates a calm, welcoming environment where babies explore sensory experiences whilst parents and carers actively participate, strengthening their bond and learning to read their baby's developmental cues.

The classes follow your baby's natural rhythm, helping you relax and connect whilst gaining practical ideas to continue learning at home. Beyond the activities themselves, Baby Sensory classes offer a friendly community where you can connect with other parents, share experiences and build lasting friendships with people who understand life with a young baby.

What to bring
